• KBAB Liaison Update
o Effective 1/1/21 Erik Preston be the Liaison from the City
o Thank you, Rob Brown for your support to the Board
• Bylaws Review-Grave No-Action
o Discussion of changes to the By-Laws no action being forwarded to the City Clerk for
review. Will be placed on the January Agenda for additional discussion and possible
approval. Redline copy attached
• Round table discussion of future topics and agenda items. No Action Taken
