Any individual who has successfully tested with PubllcSafetyTesting who does not successfully complete the Chief's interview portion of the testing process for an Entry Level Police Officer may, upon the approval of the Chief of Police (or designee), be provided a written offer to transfer to the eligibility list for Entry Level Corrections Officer. If an individual accepts the City's offer to transfer eligibility lists, the individual will be removed from the eligibility list for Entry Level Police Officer and placed on the eligibility list for Entry Level Corrections Officer, and upon such transfer, the Individual's rank on the eligibility list for Entry Level Corrections Officer will be determined in accordance with rule 10.04.
