Continuous Testing Eligibility list for Entry Level Police Officer that was established on February 7, 2018. Chair Zaratkiewicz made a mot¡on to approve into record items A and B. Commissioner Piecewicz seconded the motion; motion passed 3-O. 7. Action Items A. In accordance with rule 3.02, the Commission will elect a new Chair for a two (2) year term, Chair Zaratkiewicz nominated Commissioner Piecewicz to fullfil the Chair duties. After discussion of the matter, Chair Zaratkiewicz made a mot¡on to elect Jeff Piecewicz as Chair. Commissioner Thomas seconded; motion passed 3-O. Jeff will serve as the Chair for a two year term. Memo dated February 1, 2018 from Ofr. Wayne Graff and Examiner Winecka requesting an addition to Civil Service Rule 10.09. Recruiting Officer Wayne Graff and Chief Examiner Winecka explained the reasoning behind the request to create this new rule as well as how the process would work. Commissioner Thomas made a motion to create the new rule and that it would be in effect immediately. Commissioner Piecewicz seconded the motion; motion passed 3-O. 8. For the Good of the Order Nothing further was brought before the Commission as it was a special meeting. 9. Adiournment Commissioner Piecewicz made a motion to adjourn.
