3. Changes to the Agenda
The new members, Joseph O'Toole and Dione Dittmar, were introduced to
the Board.
4. Approval of Minutes dated October 28, 2019
MOTION: Move to approve the Minutes dated October 28, 2019
RESULT: APPROVED [UNANIMOUS]

5. Chair and Vice Chair Election
Ali Shasti was voted in as the Chair of the Land Use and Planning Board for
2020. Shane Amodei was voted in as Vice Chair.
6. Rally the Valley Strategic Framework
Danielle Butsick gave a presentation on the 4 goals and draft vision for the
Ralley the Valley project.

There was some discussion on what Transportation Impact Fees are and how
they are calculated. The issue of safety on the trail system was brought up
and a brief discussion followed regarding some steps that can help and that
the Police have to be a partner in this. Restroom facilities were also
discussed with the understanding that accessibility for Public Works would be
a big factor in where those facilities can be located.
