RE: REVISED 10" Water Pipeline Crossing Agreement at Kent,Washington
Enclosed is the Licensee's fully executed original copy of the above Pipeline Crossing Agreement.
If a contractor is to be use on this project the previously furnished Contractor's Right of Entry
Agreement must be sivned and returned to me as rgQujred under Article 4 of this agreement All Insurance
Certifjcates if required by this agreement or the Contractor's Right-of-Entry Agreement, should be
forwarded to me at the address on this letter.
In accordance with the terms of Section 3 of this agreement, you are being required to notify our Manager
of Track Maintenance at least 48 hours in advance of the date you plan to enter the Railroad's right-of-way for
further instructions and approval to commence with construction:

The Railroad Company has authorized the installation of fiber optic cable facilities on its property in
certain areas. Prior to using the Railroad Company's property covered herein, you should thoroughly review the
terms and conditions of the documents and contact the Railroad Company at 1-800-336-9193 to determine if a
fiber optic cable is buried on the subject property. When you or your representative enter the Railroad Company's
property, a copy of this fully-executed document must be available at the site to be shown on request to any
Railroad employee or official.
