'JliB.H.EAS, that the City of Kent execute an agreement extending
certain contract dated June 22, 1950 between the
of Kent and H. P. Pratt and Co. for period of one
dditional year, and
EREAS, the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to execute
such extension agreement.
