RESOLUTION NO. 335
lVHEREAS, that the City Attorney is authorized and directed,
upon receipt of a release from the firm of Forbes and Brett
of all obligations under contract of January 8, 1945 and any
and all other contracts with Forbes an~ Brett relating to
sewage disposal plantso
WHEREAS, to notify the Pollution Control Commission of
the existence of a contract -vvi th Carey and Kramer for redesign
of a disposal plant, and that Carey and Kramer have been
directed to proceed with work under said contract.
N~N, ~REREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF 1~E
CITY OF KENT IN REGULAR MEETING ASSEMBLED that this Resolu-
tion be adopted this 16th day of March, 1953.
