RESOLUTION NO. 334
WHEREAS, that the City Council directs Carey & Kramer to
proceed with redesign of a sewage disposal plant for the City
of Kent, in accordance with contract therefore dated March
16, 1953, upon payment to Forbes and Brett of the sum of
$ 1,500.00 and receipt of a release from Forbes and Brett to
the City of Kent of all obbligations under contract with
Forbes and Brett of January 8, 1945,and;
VlliEREAS, under any and all other contracts with Forbes
and Brett relating to sevvage disposal plants.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY rl'HE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF KEN':r IN REGULAR l:IEETING .ASSEMBLED that this Resolu-
tion be adopted this 16th day of March, 1953.
