RESOLUTION NO. 333
3 V~IEREAS, that the Mayor and City Clerk be and they are
4 hereby authorized and directed to execute the contract with
5 Carey &. Kramer for the redesign of a sewage disposal plant for
6 the City of Kent, as said contract was presented March 16, 1953.
7 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVER BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
8 CITY OF KENT IN REGULAR ASSE!vlBLED that this Resolution be
9 adopted this 16th day of March, 1953o
10 PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL this 16th day of March, 1953.
