RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION of the city council of the
city of Kent, Washington, f1x1ng a t1me and place for
heanng on the fmal assessment roll for Local
Improvement D1stnct No. 362, and d1rect1ng that
not1ce thereof be g1ven 1n the manner requ1red by
law.
RECITALS
A. The final assessment roll for Local Improvement D1stnct No.
362, wh1ch was created and established by Ordmance No. 3833 passed by
the City Counc1l on Apnl 17, 2007, has been prepared as prov1ded by law
and IS on f1le w1th the City Clerk. It 1s therefore necessary to f1x the date
for a heanng thereon before the City Counc1l.
NOW THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT,
WASHINGTON, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
RESOLUTION
SECTION l. -Hearing Date and Time. The public heanng on the final
assessment roll for Local Improvement D1stnct No. 362 w1ll be held before
the Public Works Comm1ttee at 2:00 p.m., local t1me, in the Council

Chambers, City Hall, located at 220 -4th Avenue South, Kent, Washington on
October 8, 2010.
SECTION 2. -Heanng Not1ce. The City Clerk is mstructed to cause
not1ce to be given both by mailing and publication as required by law.
SECTION 3. -Effect1ve Date. This resolution shall take effect and
be 1n force Immediately upon 1ts passage.
PASSED at a regular open public meeting by the City Council of the
City of Kent, Wash1ngton, th1s 7 day of September, 2010.
CONCURRED in by the Mayor of the City of Kent th1s fl'< day of
September, 2010.

CERTIFICATION
I, the undersigned, City Clerk of the City of Kent, Washington (the
"City"), hereby certify as follows:
1. The attached copy of Resolution No./83'-/ (the "Resolution") IS
a full, true, and correct copy of a Resolution duly adopted at a regular
meet1ng of the City Council of the City held at the regular meet1ng place
thereof on September_!]__, 2010 as that Resolution appears on the mmute
book of the City; and the Resolution will be 1n full force and effect
1mmed1ately followmg 1ts adoption; and
2. A quorum of the members of the City Council was present
throughout the meetmg and a majonty of those members present voted 1n
the proper manner for the adopt1on of the Resolution.
