1 RESOLUTION, Tlffi CITY OF KEN'C to CHAS.M.FOUTS.

5 IT IS HE[\EBY RESOLVED by the City Council of City of Kent., duly
4 assembled in regular session; after due notice and for good and
5 valuable consideration by the City of Kent.; That the said City of
6 Kent,does hereby transfer,assign,and set over to Chas.M.Foults,
7 The old water main across section 32,township 22,north,range 6 East,
and all the piping,and connections and material there located; and
s the said city of Kent does here·by release all claims or interest in
the same;
9 This resolution does not in any way effect the new pipe
10 line,its connections or fittings recently laid across said premises.
11 The City Clerk is directed to furnish said Chas.M:.Fouts,
12 with a certified copy of this resolution.
15 !,the undersigned,City Clerk of the City of Kent, Washing~on,
14 DO HEREBY CERTIFY, That the above and foregoing resolution
15 was regularly presented to the council of said city at its regular sessio
16 held in the city H~ll of Kent on the 18th day of May,l936,and was
17 regularly passed by vote of the council at said sesxion and entered of
18 record therein.
