1. That portion ot Kennebeck Avenue lying between
Lots 22 to 28 ot Block 16 and Lots 1 to 7 ot
Block 15 ot Washington lnetral Improvement Co•s.
Knob Hill Addition to Kent;
2. T hose portions ot Dean Street and Kennebeck
Avenue in the C ity ot Kent, lying westerly of
the southwesterly line ot Ienvood Avenue and
the northwesterly production thereof, and lying
northerly or the southeasterly production or
the northeasterly line ot Scenic Way;
3. That certain eight toot alley runnini a distance
ot 180 teet south or the south line or West
Meeker Street at a point 35 teet,•ore or less,
west or old Seattle Tacoma Interurban right ot way;
WHEREAS, it appears that the petitioners and the City of Kent
