2 WHEREAS, in Se~ember, 1945, by Ordinance No. 756 of the City of
3 Kent, a fund known as the "Cumulative Reserve Fund for Sewage
4 Diapo-.al Plant" was created, and

said fund was intend.ed to and d.id take the place of the
Cumulative Reserve Fund, and
EAS, there is a balance of $189.63 now remaining in the said
