BE IT RESOLVED BY TIIE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT IN REGULAR
MEETING ASSEMBLED
That the City Council does hereby declare its intention of im-prov-
ing (1) the alleys running north and south through the North Park Addition
to Kent and lying south of the north city limite of the city of Kent;

( 2 } a/ stri 'P of land, running norllh and south, lying approximately 135
feet west of the canter line of that part of Third Avenue North which
lies in said addition, and lying south of the north city limits of the
City of Kent and north of the south line of Winner Street extended west-
erly; and. ( 3) Winner Street, in said North :Park Addition,
By constructin~and laying 6" lateral sewers thrnugh said alleys and
through said 10 foot s:brip of land, and by constructing and laying a 12"
sewer and a pumping plant through and in said Winner Street, and by doing
such other work as may be necessary in connection with said ee~ers and
pumping plant, all in accordance with planA and specifications to be
prepared by the City Engineer and to be approved by the City Council.
That all persona who may desire to object to said improvement are
hereby notified to appear and present such objections at a meeting of
th·e City Council to be held in the Council Chamber, in the City Hall in
Kent, at 8 o'clock P. M. on the~d, day of September, 1946, which time
and place are hereby fixed for the hearing of all matters relating to
said improvement, and all objections thereto, and for determining the
payment for said improvement.
That the City Clerk is directed to submit to the City Council at
or prior to said date all data and information required by law to be eo
submitted.
That the cost and expense of said improvement shall be borne by
-and assessed against the property liable therefor as provided by law.
