listeddbelow,and can be purchased by the City for the prices quo-·

Wi3:EREAS:
There are moneys in the current expense fund of the City

RESOLVED:
Thatbthe said bc»nds when so purchased shall become and be
a part of the assets of the City Current Expense Fund,and all
moneys thereafter paid from the Kent Sewer General Obligation Fu
bonds in redemption of the bonds above named 9oth principal and
interest be converted into the said Current Expense Fund,i~medi
stely upon payment thereof from theeaid Kent Sewer General Obli-
gation Bahd Fund.
Passed by the unanimous vote of the city council at a regu-
lar meeting thereof on the 4th.day of December A.D.l944.
Approved Dec.4th.l944.
