In the belief of the members of the City Council,and the
city officials, both of the said measures are inimical to the
I \Welfare of the City and of its people;

I! IS THEREFORE RESOLVEDJ
That the City and the city officials do hereby register
\!disapproval of the said measures and each and both of them,and urge:
