maintenance of its city (IIXIIII) streets which form a part of the route of
primary highways, or of other oity streets upon which expenditure may be autho•.
rized by the director of highways; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City (Ul'IRil) of _KEN;..;.__T ______ _
that the director of highways perfonn such repair · and maintenance-; now,
therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, that the City (U¥Jail) of ___ KENT ________ _
does hereby aeknowledge that it will not satisfactorily accomplish and will de-
lay and be unable to perf'onn such repair and maintenance on such City (or Town)
streets and waives notice of the director of highways thereof;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the director of highways is requested and
permitted to perfor.m such repair and maintenance to the amount of $57.90
dollars., e.n amount not in excess of the amount of money now credited or
reasonably anticipated to accrue to the City (~) of __ K_EN_T ______ _
in the motor vehicle fund during the next fiscal year~ such repair and mainte-
nance cost to be charged against the wnount so credited or to be credited; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that upon statement of the cost of such repair
and maintenance and journc.l voucner therefor, approved by the City (JI.~)
of __ K~EN==-T _____ , for a11 labor, equipnent, material. supplies and engineer ..
ing, the State Auditor is authorized and directed to reserve and credit to the
department of highways in payment for such repair and ~intenance any funds
credited or to be credited to the City (IP~) of _K_EN __ T _________ in the motor
vehicle fund not to exceed the above specified sum; all in accordance with the
provisions of Chapter 181, Session Laws of 1937.
