RESOLUTION NO. ~
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council of the
!City of Kent an ordinance declaring an emergency, making an
I
ppropriation and providing for the issuance of warrants for
salaries and wages, maintenance and operation, and capital outlay,
for the Public Library of the City of Kent;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council in regular
eeting assembled:
That Monday, the 16th day of November, 1959, at 8:00 o'clock
P.M. is fixed as the time and the Council Chambers of the City Hall
f the City of Kent, is fixed as the place, for the public hearing
n said ordinance, and all persons desiring to be heard thereon
re required then and there to be present.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:
r.I'hat the City Clerk cause said ordinance and a notice of the
earing thereon to be published in the Kent News-Journal at least
nee before said hearing.
