WHEREAS, all of the owners of the property abutting upon
the street hereinafter described have petitioned the City Council
bf the City of Kent for the vacation of said street, and
WHEREAS, the street sought to be vacated is described as
i:follows, to-wit:

All pprtions of the right of way of the John H.
Patton Road in the NWt of Sec. 22 Township 22
N. Range 4 E.W.M., as established November 19,
1928, lying 30 feet westerly of and parallel
to the centerline of Military Road (36th Ave.
South) as located by King County Road Survey
No. 27-22-4-ll for the 1956 paving thereof.
IT IS THEREFORE RESOLVED that Monday, the 4th day of May,
!l959, at the hour of 8:00 o'clock P.M , is hereby gixed as the
:~ime, and the Council Chambers of the City of Kent is hereby
lrixed as the place, for hearing upon said petition, and all
i
bersons interested are required then and there to be present
'and to state their objections, if any they have, to the granting
pf said petition.
