RESOLWTION NO. ~
WHEREAS, the City of Kent, a municipal corporation of the
State of Washington, desires to transfer as a loan certain money
from the Current Expense Fund to the Library Bond Interest and
! Redemption ~?d; and
~WHEREAS, said money is to be borrowed by the Library Bond
' I Inter\st and Redemption Fund for the purpose of paying the

interest due on April, 1959 and on October, 1959, on bonds
, issued for the building and equiping of a public library,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF KENT 1in £f3gular meeting assembled that the\ City Clerk
and the City Treasure-r of the City of Kent be authorized, empowered
and instructed and they are hereby expressly authorized, empowered
and instructed, to transfer from the current expense fund to
the Library Bond Interest and Redemption Fund the sum of $3,398.00.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said City Clerk and said City
Treasurer of the City be authorized, empowered and instructed,
·1 and they are hereby expressly authorized, empowered and instructed
to transfer back to the Current Expense Fund, from the Library
Bond Interest and Redsption Fund, the moneys so borrowed, when-
lever there is suf.ficient money in said latter fund to return
