l ~ppropriation and providing for the issuance of warrants for the
~apita1 Outlay Fund of the Police Department of the City of Kent;

f NOW 1 'l'HEREJi'ORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CI'l"Y COUNCIL in
I ~egular meeting asaembled: That Monday, the 2nd day of March,
~959, at the hour of 8:00 o 1 clock p.m., is fixed as the time and
[he Council Chambers of the City Hall of theCity of Kent is
fixed as the place for the public hearing upon said ordinance;
~11 persons desiring to be heard thereon are required then and
!
~here to be present.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk cause said
' proposed ordinance and a notice of

fublished in the Kent News-Journal
~earing.
