WHEREAS, all of the owners of the property abutting upon the
Ialley hereinafter de·scribed have petitioned the City Council of
the City of Kent for the vacation or said alley, and

WHEREAS, the alley sought to be vacated is described as
follows, to-wit:
All of that certain alley in Block 17,
Washington Central Improvement Company's Knob Hill
Aaditon to Kent lying between Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and
6 on the East and Lots 21, 22, 23, 24, 25 and 26 on the West.
IT IS THEREFO~RESOLVED that Monday, the 2nd day of March,
1.1959, at the hour of 8:00 o'clock p. m. is hereby fixed as the time,

:land the Council Chambers of the City Hall of the City of Kent

!lis hereby fixed as the place, for hearings upon said petition,

iland all persons interested are required then and there to be

!present to state their objections, if any they have, to the
!granting of said petition.
