RESOLUTION NO . .3. Cf 1
HHEREAS~ the owners of not less than 75% in value of the
property hereinafter described, have petitione~ the City Council
of the City of Kent to have said described property annexed by
the City of Kent; and
WHEREAS, said petition is accompanied by a plat which
outlines the boundaries of the property sought to be annexed
and,
WHEREAS, said petition sets forth a description of the
property according to government legal subdivisions or legal
plats, and
WHEREAS, the property sought to be annexed is described as
follows, to-wit:
That portion of Stella H. Fox Addn. lying E. of existing
city limits;

Also: NWt~NEt,NEt, Sec. 19-22-5;
Also: SWt,NEt,NEk,Sec. 19-22-5, except the S.~ of s.~ thereof;

WHEREAS, the said described land lies in an unincorporated
area of the county and is contiguous to the Cit~ Kent;
IT IS THEREFORE RESOLVED that Monday~ the 1/-day of\ ......
1958, is fixed as the day and the hour of 8:00 o'clock p.~
25 fixed as the time, and the Council Chambers of the City Hall of
26 the City of Kent is fixed as the place~ for hearing on said
27 petition and all persons interested are invited to appear and
2 8 voice approval or dis~pproval of the proposed annexation of the
' 29 said property to the said City of Kent.
30 IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk give due and legal
31 .notice of san hearing as required by law.
