RESOLUTION NO. 31F"
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council of the
City of Kent an ordinance declaring an emergency, making an
appropriation and providing for the issuance of warrants for
the current expense fund, capital outlay, of the City of Kent;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council in
regular meeting assembled:
That Monday, 5th day of May, 1958, at 8:00 o'clock P.M., is
fixed as the time and the Council Chambers of the City Hall of
the City of Kent is fixed as the place, for the public hearing
:on said ordinance; all persons desiring to be heard thereon are
required then and there to be present.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:
That the City Clerk cause said proposed ordinance and a notice
!of t.re hearing thereon to be published in the Kent News-Journal
,at least once be fore said he a ring.
PASSED by the City Council this 21st day of April, 1958.
