RESOLUTION NO~
WHEREAS, the Local Improvement District Guarantee Fund
of the City of Kent has an amount of approximately $1300.00 un-
invested and,
WHEREAS, Local Improvement District No. 236 has available
for sale $1,000.00 in bonds of said district, and
WHEREAS, it is for the benefit of the said Local Improvement
District Guarantee Fund that its moneys be kept invested,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Kent, in regular meeting assembled, that the City Trea-
! surer of the City of Kent be and he is hereby authorized and
directed to invest the sum of $1,000.00 belonging to the Local
Improvement District Guarantee Fund of the City of Kent in bonds
of Local Improvement District No. 236 of the City of Kent.
