1 WHEREAS,the owners of all of the property abutting upon the
2 street ~einaf~ described have petitioned the City Council of the
3 Kent for the vacation of said street) ~
4 lt!HEREAS" the street sought to be vacated is described as
5 ' follows, to-wit:
6 that certain lane extending eastward from State Highway No.
5A and lying north of Tracts 3, 4, and 5, of Shinn's Garden Ad-
7 dition to Kent and south of the north half of Government
Lot 1, and the north half of the northeast quarter of the
8 northwest quarter, all in Section 18, Township 22 north,
range 5 east W.M.

IT IS, THEREFORE, RESOLVED that Monday, the l'lth day of
March, 1958, at the hour of 8:00 o'clock P.M. is fixed as the
i time and the Council Chamhrs of the City Hall of the City of
Kent is hereby fixed as the place for hearing upon said petition,
and all persons interested are required then and there to be
present and state their objections, if any they have, to the
cranting of said petition.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL IN REGULAR MEETING ASSEMBLED
