RESOLUTION NO. ~
VJHEREAS, the owners of two-thirds of the property abutting
upon the streets and alleys hereinafter described have petitioned
the City Council of the City of Kent for the vacation of said
streets and alleys, and
WHEREAS, the streets and alleys sought to be vacated are
described as follows, to-wit:
1. Lincoln Avenue, from south line of Maple street to the
north line of Cedar Street;
2. Pine street from east line of Lincoln Avenue to the
west line of Tilden Avenue;
3. Cherry Street, from east line of Lincoln Avenut
to the west line of Tilden Avenue;
4. The north half of Cherry Street, from center line of
Cleveland Avenue to the projected west line of
Lot 21, Block 35, Knob Hill Addition to Kent;
5. Cedar Street, from projected east line of Cleveland
Avenue to projected west line of Tilden Avenue
6. East half of Cleveland Avenue, from south line
of Cedar street to projected north line of Cherry
Street;
7. Garfield Avenue, from the south line of Pine Street
to the north line of Cherry Street;
8. Alley in Block 31;
9. Alley in Block 35;
20 10. Alley in Block 38;
21 11. Alley in Block 39;
22 All of the above described streets and alleys are
within the city limits of Kent and in the Plat of
23 Washington Central Improvement Co's Knob Hill Addition
to Kent.

IT IS THEREFORE RESOLVED that Monday, the 17th day of
February, at the hour of 8:00 a'clock P.M. is hereby fixed as
the time, and the Coureil Chambers of the City Hall of the
City of Kent is hereby fixed as the place, for hearings upon
said petititon, ~d all persons interested are required then and
there to be present to state their objections, if any they have,
to the granting of said petition.
