RESOLUTION NO. -~ 7 ~
WHEREAS, the owners of all of the property abutting upon
the alley hereinafter described have petitioned the City Council
:1of the City of Kent for the vacation of said alley, and
I

WHEREAS, the alley sought to be vacated is described as
lfollows, to-wit:

That certain alley lying in Block 5, Walmsley's Addition
to the City of Kent,
IT IS THEREFORE RESOLVED that Monday, the 17th day of
June, 1957, at the hour of 8:00 o 1 clock p.m. is hereby fixed
as the time, and the Council Chambers of the City Hall of the
City of Kent is hereby fixed as the place, for hearings upon
said petition, and all persons interested are required then and
there to be present to state their objections, if any they have,
to the granting of said petition.
PASSED by the City Council in regular meeting assembled this
