RESOLUTION NO, .JJ:;-
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT in regular
mee~ing assembled:
That the City Council does hereby declare its intention of
improving all of the property contained within the following
boundary lines; to-wit:
Beginning at the intersection of center line of Reiten Road and
a line parallel with and 120 ft. South of the South marginal
line of Kensington Ave.; thence Southwesterly along said
parallel line to North line of alley which lies North of ,
Blk. 11 A 1~ W.C.I. Co's Nob Hill Addn.; thence Southeasterly [
along North line of said alley to the North line of Tacoma St.; ~
thence Southwesterly across Tacoma St. to Northwest corner
of Lot 16, Blk. 2 w.c.I. co's Knob Hill Addn.; thence South alon
West line of said Blk. 2 to South line of Lot 13; thence East 1·
along South line of Lots 13 and 4, Blk. 2 to the center line
of Alexander Ave.; thence Southerly alon9 center line of I
Alexander Av~. to Northwest corner of NE 4 of SWt of Section
19, Twp. 22,~nge 5 East; thence Easterly along the North '
line of said NEt of swt of Section 19 to a point which is
347.6' East of the East line of Alexander Ave.; thence
Southerly to Northeast corner Lot l,Blk l, Miller's Northern

by the construction of a 12 inch sanitary sewer trunk line along
!the following public streets within the City of Kent, to-wit:
Along Reiten Road from the intersection of Reiten Road and
Kensington .twe. to Woodland 'day; along Woodland tvay from
Reiten Road to Chicago Street;
!by the installation of 8 inch sanitary sewer lateral lines along

1. Along Reiten Road from Woodland Way to projected South
line of lot 3, Blk. l Armscrest Addn.
2. From Woodland Way easterly along Chicago St. 110'
3. Westerly 400 11 along Seattle St. from Reiten Road.
4. Southerly 240' along View Place from Seattle St.
and by doing such other work as may be necessary in connection
thereto, all in accordance with the plans and specifications to
jbe prepared by the City Engineer and to be approved by the City
Council.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all ~sons who may desire to
be heard or to object to said improvement are hereby notified
to appear and present such objection at a meeting of the City
Council to be held in the Council Chambers of the City Hall
of the City of Kent, Washington, at 8:00 9!clock p.m., on the
I third day of June, 195'(, which time and place are hereby fixed
for the hearing, and all matters relating to said improvements,
all objections thereto, and for determining a method for payment
of the same.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk and the City
Engineer are directed to submit to the City Council at or prior
to said date and time all data and information required by law
to be so submitted.

I hereby certify that the within and foregoing resolution
was passed by the City Council of the City of Kent, Washington,
in regular meeting thereof held in the City Hall of the City of
I Kent, at 8:00 o'clock P.M., on the 6t. day of May, 1957.
