WHEREAS, the owners of all of the property abutting upon
the alley hereinafter described have petitioned the City Council
!of the City of Kent for the vacation of said alley, and
!
WHEREAS, the alley sought to be vacated is described as
follows, to-wit:
That certain alley in Block 4, Walmsley's Addition
to Kent, as per plat recorded in Volume 45 of plats,
page 14, records of King Countyt lying between lots
1 and 2, on the east and 3 and q on the west in said
block.
IT IS THEREFORE RESOLVED that Monday, the 20th day of
1iMay, 1957, at the hour of 8:00 o'clock p.m. is hereby fixed
:!as the time, and the Council Chambers of the City Hall of the
City of Kent is hereby fixed as the place, for hearings upon
said petition, and all persons interested are required then and
fthere to be present to state their objections, if any they have,
ito the granting of said petition.

PASSED by the City Council in regular meeting assembled
'this 15th day of April, 1957.
