WHEREAS, the owners of all of the property abutting upon
the alley hereinafter described have ptitioned the City council
of the City of Kent for the vacation of said alley, and
WHEREAS, the alley sought to be vacated is described as
follows, to-wit:
That portion of that certain al}U in Block 5, McMillin's
Addition, lying between lots 6,7,8,9 and 10 an,the East and
lots 11, 12, 13~4, and 15 on the west,
IT IS THEREFORE RESOLVED that Monday, the 4th day of
March, 1957, at the hour of 8:00 o'clock p.m. is hereby fixed
as the time, and the Council Chambers of the City Hall of the
City of Kent is hereby fixed as the place, for hearings upon
said petition, and all persons interested are required then and
there to be present to state their objections, if any they have,
to the granting of said petition.
PASSED by the City Council in regular meeting assembed
this 4th day of February, 1957.
