WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council of the
3 City of Kent an ordinance declaring an emergency, making an
4 appropriation and providing for the issuance of warrants for
5 the water fund of the City of Kent;
6 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Coucil in regular
7 meeting assembled:
8 That Mon~ay, the 2nd day of July, 1956, at 8:00 o 1 clock p.m.
9 is fixed as the time and the Council Chambers in the City Hall
10 1 of the City of Kent, is fixed as the place, for the public hear-
11 ing on said ordinance; and all persons desiring to be heard
12 thereon are required then and there to be present.
13 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:
14 That the City Clerk cause said ordinance and a notice of
15 the hearing thereon to be published in the Kent News-Journal
