RESOLUTION NO. ~I
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council of the
C ty of Kent an ordinance declaring an emergency, making an
appropriation and providing for the issuance of warrants for
capital outla¥, sewer revenue fund, of the City of Kent;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council in
regular meeting assembled:
That Monday, the 21st day of May, 1956, at 8:00 o'clock,p.m.
is fixed as the time and the Council Chambers in the City Hall
of the City of Kent, is fixed as the place, for the public hear-
ing on said ordinance, and all persons desiring to be heard
thereon are required then and there to be present.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:
That the City Clerk cause said ordinance and a notice of
the hearing thereon to be published in the Kent News-JOurnal
' at least once before said hearing. :I
PASSED by the City Council this 7th day of May, 1956.
