RESOWTION NO. J6o
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council of the
City of Kent an ordinance declaring an emergency, making an
appropriation and providing for the issuance of warrants for
capital outlay, current expense fund for the general go~nment
of the City of Kent;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council in
regular meeting assembled:
That Monday, the 21st day of May, 1956, at 8:00 o'clock,P.M.,
is fixed as the time and the Council Chambers in the City Hall
' in the City of Kent, is fixed as the place, for the public
hearing on said ordinance, and all persons desiring to be heard
thereon are required then and there to be present.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:
That the City Clerk cause said ordinance and a notice of
the hearing thereon to be published in the Kent News-Journal
at least once before said mearing.
PASSED by the City Council this 7th day of May, 1956.
