RESOLUTION NO • ..:13=~/J
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council of the
City of Kent an ordinance declaring an emergency, making an
appropriation and providing for the issuance of warrants for
salaries and wages, City Engineer, from the current expense
fund of the general government of the City;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council in
regular meeting assembled:
That Monday, the 5th day of March, 1956, at 8:00 o'clock p.m.
is fixed as the time and the Council Chambers in the City Hall
;Of the City of Kent, is fixed as the place, for the public hear-

i ing on said ordinance, and all persons desiring to be heard
' ;j !fe:J?ecm are required then and there to be present.

. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:
That the City Clerk cause said ordinance and a notice of

I I the hearing thereon to be published in the Kent News-Journal
least once before said hearing.
