RESOLUTION NO.~
WHEREAS, the City of Kent, a municipal corporation of the
State of Washington, desires to transfer as a loan certain money
rom the sewer revenue fund to the water fund~capital outlay; and
WHEREAS, said money is to be borrowed by the water fund
or the purpose of paying a portion of the cost of the acquisition
f pipe for the extension of the water system;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
ITY OF KENT in regular meeting assembled that the City Clerk
the City Treasurer of the City of Kent be authorized, empowered
instructed, and they are hereby expressly authorized, empowered
instructed to transfer from the Sewer Revenue Fund to the
ater Fund~Capital OUtlay the sum of Twenty-thousand ($20,000.00)
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the said City Clerk and City
reasurer of the City be authorized, empowered and instructed and
hey are hereby expressly authorized, empowered and instructed
o transfer back to the Sewer Revenue Fund from the Water Fund~
apital Outlay the moneys so borrowed whenever there is sufficient
in said latter fund to return the moneys borrowed.
