WHEREAS, all of the ol•mers of the property abutting upon
the portionsof the street hereinafter described have oetitioned
the City Council of the City of Kent for the vacation of said
portionsof said st~eet, and
''~HEREAS, the portiom of the street sought to be vacated
e described as follows, to-wit:
Parcel A: That nortion of Shinn Ave. in the City of
Kent described ~s follots: ~ ~·
Beginning at the northeast corber of Lot 1, Block 1,
Rasmussen's Addition to the Town of Kent as recorded in
Volume 14 of Plats, page 10, records of King County,
\IJ e shington; thence west, along the north line of said
Lot 1 a distance of 9 feet to the True Point of Beginning;
thence north, at right angles to the north line of illl1t said
lot 1 a distance of 6 1 f~et; ~·thence west, para.llel to the
north line of said lot 1, a distance of 38 feet; thence
south, at right angles to the north line of said lot 1
a distance of 6 feet; thence east, a.long the north line
of flaid lot 1 a distance of 38 feet to the true point of
beginning.

extending upwards indefinitely from a horizontal plane
parallel to and 14.9 feet above the ton of existing
roadway pavement described as follows:-Beginning at the
northeast corner of Lot 1, Block 1, Rasmussen's Addition
to the Town of Kent, as recorded in Vmlurne 14 of Plats,
page 10, revords of King County, Weshington; thence west,
along the north line.gf.sai~ lot 1, a distence.of 26
feet; thence north 10 32' west 6.10 feet to the True Point
of Beginning; thence coptinue north 10°32l west 39 feet;
thence west, parallel to the north line of said lot 1,
a distance of 13!50 feet; thende south.l0°32 1 east 39
feet; thence ~east, parallel to the north line of said
lot 1, a distance of 13.50 feet to the prue point of
beginning.
Parcel C: That portion of Shinn Ave. in the Ci t;v of Kent
described as follows:

of beginning.

IT IS THEREFORE resolved that Monday, the _M.ay of
