RESOLUTION No. 342
vVHEREAS, the City of Kent, a municipal corporation of the
State of Washington, desires to transfer, as a loan, certain
money from the Current Expense Fund to the Garbage Fund, Capital
Outlay; and
\mEREAS, said money is to be borrowed for the purpose of
, paying a portion of the cost of a garbage truck unit, for the
purpose of hauling garbage in the 6ity of ~ent;
Nmv, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Kent in regular meeting assembled that the City Clerk
and the City Treasurer of the City of Kent be authorized, em-
powered and instructed, and they are hereby expressly author-
ized, empowered and instructed, to transfer from the Current
Expense Fund to the Garbage Fund, Capital Outlay, the sum of
Four Thousand {4,00~.00 ) Dollars.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the said City Clerk and City
Treasurer of the City of Kent be auhhorized, empowered and
instructed, and they are hereby expressly authorized, empowered
and instructed to transfer back to the Current Expense Fund
from the Garbage Fund, Capital Outlay, the moneys so borrowed
whenever there is sufficient amount in said latter fund to re-
turn the moneys borrowed.
