RESOLUTION No. 319
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Kent in regular meeting assembled that the City Clerk
and the City Treasurer of the City of Kent be authorized,
empowered and instructed, and they are hereby expressly
authorized, to transfer from the Current Expense Fund to the
B. I. & R Fund, the sum of One thousand one hundred thirty six
dollars and ninty five cents ( $11)6.95 ).
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the said City Clerk and City
Treasurer of the City of Kent be authorized, empowered and
instructed to transfer back to the Current Expense Fund from
the Bond Interest and Redemption Fund, the monies so borrowed,
whenever there is sufficient amount in the said latter fund to
return the monies so borrowed
