WHEREAS, the City of 1~ent has realized

WHEREAS, the imrruidiate use of all of said funds is not. ne·~ss~ ,_

or practicable, and the said funds should be reinvest'ed at' the
present time, as recommended by the finance committee;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY_
OF KENT IN REGULAR MEETING ASSEMBLED, that the sum of $ 50,000.00
of the proceeds of the sale of the City of Kent Water Revenue
Bonds of 1948 be reinvested in the following United States
obligations for the amount set forth:
$ 50,000.00 in United State Treasury Bills.
Passed this 20th. day of November, 1950.
