2 WHEREAS, the City of Kent has realized certain monies from
3 the sale of its water revenue bonds, and
4 WHEREAS, the immediate use of all of said funds is not nec-
5 essary or practicablep and the said funds should be invested
6 at the present time, as recommended by the finance committee; ., ,"---:
