RESOLUTION NO. 309
~~S 1 ~he City of Kent has realized certain menies from

WJEREAS, the immediate use of all of said funds is not nec-
essary or practicable, and the said funds should be invested
at the present time;
Now, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF KENT IN REGULAR MEETING ASSEMBLED¥ that the sum of
$100,000.00 of the proceeds of the sale of the city of Kent
Water Revenue Bonds of 194~ be investea in the followin~
I United States obligations for the amount set forth;
I $100,000.00 in United States Treasury Bills; due 90 days.
Passed this 16tho day of January 1950.
