RESOLUTION NO. 05/4
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT
AT A REGULAR MEETING DULY ASSEMBLED that a "Sewer Construction
Fund, 1969 11 be created in the office of the Kent City Treasurer
·for the purpose of financing the Mill Creek Sanitary Sewer
Extension, the Kent -Cascade Sewer District contract dated
July 8, 1969, the Tri-Party Cascade -Metro -Kent Contract
·dated August 22, 1969, and other pertinent sewer construction
'for which Kent Sewer Revenue Bonds in the amount not exceeding
Three Hundred Thousand Dollars ($300,000.00) may be issued.
The Kent City Treasurer is authorized to register
interest bearing warrants for interimfinancing of the above
projects prior to the issuance of the aforementioned Sewer Revenue:
