RESOLUTION NO. 6l1-l
~iEREAS, sometime ago a cash bond fund was established.
When it is necessary for the city to pay for services or fees
for a property owner from this fund, the State Examiner suggests
a warrant be written.
BE IT RESOLVED, THAT THE KENT CITY COUNCIL, IN REGULAR
SESSION, do order that the 1969 budget be amended to include
an expense account of $2500 for payment of contracted fees or
service. The revenue of $2500 will come from the Cash Bond
Fund.
PASSED at a regular meeting of the Kent City Council this
16th day of June, 1969.
