RESOLUTION NO. 640
WHEREAS, the 196'9 budget stated and showed income from
5 Sewer to Current Expense for Rent and Accounting Service in the
8 amount of $36,000. This item did not appear as an expense item
7 in the sewer budget although the money was available.
8 WHEREAS, in 1967, interest bearing warrants known as
8 "Yorkshire" sewer warrants '"ere issued in the amount of
10 $17,507.15.
11 BE IT RESOLVED, THAT THE KENT CITY COUNCIL, IN REGULAR
12 SESSION, do order that the sum of $36,000 for Rent and Account-
13 ing payable to Current Expense and $19,027.14, principal and
14 interest Yorkshire Sew·er Warrants be paid from the unbudgeted
15 unexpended balance of said fund.
16 PASSED at a regular meeting of the Kent City Council this
