THE CI'rY COUNCIL OF ri'HE CITY OF KENT, WASHINGTON, IN A
REGULAR MEETING, DULY ASSEMBLED, HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
Henceforth it will be the policy of the City of Kent, Wash-
ington, to refuse to segre3ate or transfer any L.I.D., or O.L.I.D. ·
assessments for City of Kent projects, except where such requests
for segregations emanate from governmental units, such as the
:State of Washington, King County, or another muncipal corporation
1 of the State of Washington.
PASSED this 2nd day of June, 1969.
