WHEREAS, under Kent Utility Local Improvement District No.
1 {formerly Kent Local Improvement District No. 250), the Union
Pacific Railroad was charged for two sidesewer connections at
$150.00 each, which were not installed;
7 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
8 CITY OF KENT, WASHINGTON, IN A REGULAR MEETING DULY ASSEMBLED, AS
8 FOLLOWS:
10 That the City Treasurer of the City of Kent, Washington,
11 shall refund the sum of $300.00 for assessment number one and
12 assessment number 562 to the Union Pacific Railroad, under Kent
13 Utility Local Improvement District No. 1 {formerly Kent L.I.D.
14 . No. 2 50) .
