RESOLUTION NO 621
WHEREAS, in the past, Hill, Ingman & Chase, Inc., consulting engineers
for the City of Kent, have reviewed plans for developers, and billed
them for such services, and
~IJHEREAS, the State Auditor's Office has directed that the city should
have an account into which to receive these funds from the developer,
and in turn, pay the consulting engineers ,
NCM THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Kent
that an account shall be created within the Sewer Department, numbered
682.03, entitled Engineer Services, in the amount of $1,600o92 and
that expenditures from this account will be paid from receipts for
engineer services not bud9ted.
PASSED BY THE KENT CITY COUNCIL in a regular meeting, duly assembled
on the 17th day of February, 1969
