THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT, WASHINGTON, IN A REGULAR MEETING,
DULY ASSEMBLED, HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS the Street Department did a time and materials job for
the Seattle Engineering Department by rebuilding the Frager Road in
the amount of $6,516.S6,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Clerk is authorized to ex-
pend this amount from that received in excess of the amount anticipated
in the 196S budget.
PASSED by the City Council on this 2nd day of December, 196S.
