Be it resolved, that the City Council of the City of
Kent~ in accordance with R.C.W. 35.33.120 does hereby authorize
the expenditure of revenue received in the Utility Tax in
excess of that anticipated, as follows:
General Government -M&O
Professional Accounting Service
Office Expense -Administrator
General Government -Capital Outlay
Police Department -Cars
